This building in Ankara, Turkey, consists of 9 floors and 19 flats. There are 4+1 and 6+2 flats. Cars can go up to the 4th floor with the special car lift system. The doors are made of specially produced steel and have an eye and finger recognition system. It is one of the rare projects in which the smart home system has been successfully implemented in Turkey.
